This is a yummy fresh twist on boring old chemical-tasting Cape Town water.
- 1 L water
- 100g raspberries
- 2 sprigs of mint
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 ½ cup sugar
How to make it
- Water + sugar in pot on stove
- Dissolve sugar, then bring to the boil
- Add lime juice and raspberries to the pot and leave to boil for 15 min
- Add the mint and boil for 10 min
- Strain the mixture.
- Return liquid to heat and simmer for another 30min
- Bottle immediately
- Keep refrigerated
