Chocolate Cake Loaf

Like a decadent delicious fudgy chocolate cake, but healthy and loaf-shaped. Good for a decadent Sunday morning breakfast-in-bed, or a healthy yummy guilt-free afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 130g coconut sugar
  • 100g coconut oil
  • 125ml milk
  • 60ml coffee
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 75g almond flour
  • 100g oat
  • 20g flax
  • 2g xanthan gum
  • 15g BP

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven for 180°C and line/grease a loaf tin
  2. Mix wet ingredients
  3. Mix dry ingredients
  4. Mix wet and dry
  5. Pour into lined/greased loaf tin
  6. Bake for 35-45 min
  7. cool for 10 min, before removing from the tin
