Autumn oats

Nothing like a warm bowl of Autumn colours to get you ready for a day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of GF oats
  • 1 tsp flax powder
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp seed protein
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1,5-2 cups milk/almond milk (not water- its the key to creamier oats).

How to make the oats

  1. Add all ingredients to a small-medium pot and cook on med-low heat, stirring constantly until the oats are cooked and the mixture is a creamy thick consistency.
  2. Divide into two bowls and top off with sliced white-flesh nectarine, homemade almond butter, toasted coconut, and coconut sugar
