Nothing like a warm bowl of Autumn colours to get you ready for a day.
- 1 cup of GF oats
- 1 tsp flax powder
- 1 Tbsp Hemp seed protein
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1,5-2 cups milk/almond milk (not water- its the key to creamier oats).
How to make the oats
- Add all ingredients to a small-medium pot and cook on med-low heat, stirring constantly until the oats are cooked and the mixture is a creamy thick consistency.
- Divide into two bowls and top off with sliced white-flesh nectarine, homemade almond butter, toasted coconut, and coconut sugar
